Grant Walters is a 2025 2B/RHP, SS with a 5-11 180 lb. frame from Pensacola Beach, FL who attends Pace. Recorded a 6.99 second 60-yard dash time. Primary second baseman with a medium frame and strong build. Quick first step moving low to the ground with clean two-hand funnel out front. Hands work to both sides with accurate throws on the move up to 75 mph. Secondary right-handed pitcher with a high-belt lift and 3/4 arm slot delivery down the slope. Works from the third base side of the rubber with arm side command of his fastball up to 78 mph (2107 RPM). Confident changeup in the low-70s (1296 RPM) as his primary secondary offering. Breaking ball in the high-60s (1782 RPM) completes his three-pitch mix. Right-handed hitter with an even base and high hands setup in the box. Weight shift to backside with knee-lift trigger and lofted swing path through the zone. Solid rhythm and timing with barrel control and impact to the pull side out front. Excellent student.
