Taylor Latham is a 2026 RHP/IF/OF with a 6-0 185 lb. frame from Brandon, MS who attends Hartfield Academy. Primary right-handed pitcher with a medium frame and athletic build with room to add on his present base strong base. High-belt tucked lift from the windup working from the third base side of the rubber. Sinks into the backside down the slope with a long arm swing behind and lower 3/4 arm slot delivery. Athletic delivery with arm side run and sink on the fastball up to 91 mph (1951 RPM). Curveball in the 69-71 mph range (2375 RPM) with some depth and featured a harder slider with slurve action in the high-70s (2419 RPM). Varies the shape on his breaking balls with velocity and spin. Featured a changeup in warmups with depth from his low slot in the mid-70s (1799 RPM). Strong frame right-hander with loose and easy arm action delivery down the slope and the ability to control the strike zone and repeat his delivery. Secondary outfielder who recorded a 6.86 second 60-yard dash time. Deliberate footwork to a one-hand fundamental gather and clean exchange in the outfield with arm strength on throws to the bases at 93 mph. Right-handed hitter with a wide base and square stance in the box. Separation of hands into a deep slot with strength through the middle of the field. Pull side impact when he gets to slot early with slightly uphill bat path through the zone. Excellent student
