Bailey Faircloth is a 2022 SS/RHP/2B with a 6-0 160 lb. frame from Mooresville, NC who attends Mooresville. Tall and slender young build with lots of room to get stronger. 7.67 runner in the sixty. Has smooth actions in the middle infield with confidence in his glove, is comfortable throwing from lower slots and making plays on the run, will keep improving defensively as he gets stronger and adds lower half quickness. Right handed hitter, hits from a spread stance with an early load to his back side, deep hand load with a long drifting stride into contact, fires his hips well to drive his swing, gets the ball in the air consistently and works the middle of the field, has some power potential with additional strength. Also pitched, slow paced drifting delivery with late hand separation to a low 3/4's arm slot, short stride out front. Low 80's fastball topped out at 82 mph, mostly straight, works quickly and attacks hitters with his fastball.
