Corban Lopez is a 2022 RHP/UT with a 6-1 170 lb. frame from Stockton, CA who attends Franklin. Long and lean frame with good physical projection. Ran a 7.66 second 60-yard dash. Primary right-handed pitcher, has a deliberate delivery with some funk to it, shows good control of his body to play with timing and uses a short take back and shows good arm speed through a high release. Creates some cut to the fastball working mostly to the glove side and staying in the bottom half of the zone with it while showing a curveball with sharp vertical bite as his best secondary offering. Also gets more horizontal with a slider and has some feel at present for a changeup. Also worked out in the outfield, stays behind the ball well but slows momentum some at receiving; stays low with his throws and is accurate to bags. Right-handed hitter, has some length to the swing and shows he's able to turn to the barrel over and drive the ball on a line to the pull side while working mostly to all fields.
