Tony DiChiara is a 2024 C/1B with a 6-2 205 lb. frame from Toms River, NJ who attends Homeschool. Big and strong physical build. Sets up high behind the plate, has a quick transfer and good arm strength, was rushing his throws this event but have seen notable accuracy before, next level tools defensively. Right handed hitter, hits from a narrow base with a long and loose swing, starts his hands high, good rhythm to his swing, gets some lift out front, present bat speed and ability to drive the ball and create carry. Excellent student, verbal commitment to Monmouth. Named to the Fall Top Prospect National Showcase Top Prospect List.
