Christian Bernhard is a 2025 2B/RHP, C, SS, MIF, OF, UT with a 5-8 140 lb. frame from Hamilton, NJ who attends Florence Twp Mem. Medium frame with stronger looking lower half and room to add strength. Recorded a 7.57 second sixty-yard dash time. Primary second baseman with a fundamentally sound defensive skill set. Has some bounce to his step and moves well from side-to-side. Worked downhill through the baseball, exhibits a slightly elongated exchange and worked into a lower arm slot. Recorded developing arm strength up to 71 mph across the diamond during drills. Secondary right-handed pitcher that worked from an abbreviated windup with a small side step into a lower leg lift and good direction down the slope. Incorporates slight coil to generate hip torque and exhibits good lower half usage into foot strike. Proficient strike thrower that worked ahead of hitters effectively. Fastball worked in the upper-60s for the majority of his outing and topped out at 70 mph from a compact, shorter arm action. Flashed promising slider with good overall spin profile that generated swings-and-misses. Attack mentality with physical upside that will continue to improve with minor mechanical adjustments and additional velocity. Right-handed hitter that hits from a bent-knee stance with high hand set, high back elbow and hover trigger. Whole field approach with a compact, line drive swing path and some feel for the barrel. Showcased consistent bat-to-ball skill with developing bat speed and strength. Produced several line drives from gap-to-gap and projects to add strength moving forward. Fundamentally sound prospect with room to add strength and physically mature. Good Student.
