2020 14U Southeast Prospect Showcase
Camari Harris is a 2025 SS/C with a 6-1 182 lb. frame from Greensboro, NC who attends Southwest Guilford. He ran a 7.29 second sixty. A primary shortstop with a long athletic build showing room to fill in the frame. On the infield he showed advanced actions with a solid feel for the glove, showed his athleticism moving well laterally covering good ground and displaying some arm strength with carry on his throws. Behind the plate he starts in a high set position with a two part throwing action while gaining little ground into his accurate throws. At the plate his righthanded swing matches plane with the pitch early working to the inside part of the ball and impacting it out front with an 84 mph exit velocity, the swing translated well to the game with a loud triple to the right center field gap.
