RJ Holmes is a 2025 SS/OF with a 6-1 190 lb. frame from Menifee, CA who attends Vista Murrieta. Good blend of athleticism and strength in a well-defined lean build. Great frame. Ran a 6.44 in the sixty yard dash. Good showing in both outfield and infield drills. Primary infielder with smooth actions for the left side. Crisp transfers, soft hands and accuracy from multiple slot changes. Works well on the move with a whippy slot. Good showing in outfield drills, gets on top of throws from compact arm action. Good athlete with energy and high end transfers. Right-handed hitter, wide base and high hand set with simple stride forward move. Very simple swing with minimal parts, repeats with legit thump off the bat. Good strength at impact with bat speed and ability to stay inside, producing carry and loud impact to all fields. Great athlete with loads to like in the bat long term.
