Anthony Diaz is a 2026 2B/RHP/C with a 5-7 135 lb. frame from Miami, FL who attends Undecided. Smaller frame with a young athletic build. Ran a 7.25 second 60-yard dash. Primary second baseman, good feet and plays low to the ball, longer gather but clean receiving it and shows solid arm strength across already up to 78 mph on throws. Also worked out behind the dish, very athletic with quick transfers and a good arm, accurate on the bag throws. Pitches as well, athletic delivery with good tempo, up to 78 with some sink to the fastball and feel for looser breaking ball and short action to the changeup. Right-handed hitter, sets up wide with a low hand set, short quick stroke working slightly uphill, moves in well to generate some impact in a smaller stature, solid length through impact and will improve with added consistency.
