Reece Emmons is a 2022 C/3B, IF, OF with a 5-11 175 lb. frame from Chiefland, FL who attends Chiefland. Recorded a 7.68 second sixty-yard dash time. Medium, high-waisted from with room to add strength and mature. Primary catcher that receives from a slightly side-saddle stance, gaining some ground towards his target and working uphill into release. Displays some rigidness to his hands when receiving, while working into a longer arm action and recording arm strength up to 79 mph in defensive drills. Will continue to improve with minor refinements to catch-and-throw skill set and additional strength. Right-handed hitter that hits from a a wide, slightly open stance with a high hand set, high back elbow and small leg lift trigger. Middle-to-opposite field approach with intent and some feel for the barrel. Slightly elongated swing path with occasional line drive impact to right centerfield. Will continue to improve with proper swing adjustments and physical maturity. Good Student.
