Nate Nejedlo is a 2021 C with a 6-1 185 lb. frame from Parker, CO who attends Lutheran. Large physical build with present athleticism, ran a 7.08 second sixty yard dash time. Primary catcher, has solid feel behind the plate with a quick glove and stronger arm. Lives around the bag on throws down to second base. Will fall off towards his glove side on all of his throws but arm strength is still present as he posted a 1.94 second pop time to second base. At the plate, uses an upright stance with a very quiet and simple load. Hands do not move back much at all in his load and they work direct to the baseball. At his best when hands stay inside and avoid straying away and around. Compact swing stays short overall with good bat speed. Uses the middle of the field well.
