Matthew Cordi is a 2025 SS/RHP/UT with a 5-8 155 lb. frame from Brick, NJ who attends Brick Twp Memorial. Cordi immediately impressed to start his event, posting a 6.76 pop time revealing true speed tool. The natural athleticism continued to the IF, where the '25 prospect displayed clean funnels with sound footwork and effortless arm strength across the diamond up to 92 mph. He flashed softness to the hands and kept the actions in control throughout his round. Still has projection remaining. On the offensive end, the righty started from a wider base with a toe tap trigger utilized. He flashed a quick launch into impact and repeated a middle of the field approach well. Controlled the barrel well and used all parts of the field effectively, posting an exit velo of 87 mph. Good student.
