Jadiel Perez is a 2026 SS with a physical 6-2 190 lb. well built frame from Santo Domingo Este Los Mameyes, DR. Started off the event clocking a 6.72 60-yard dash. A primary shortstop who makes the plays look easy and showed the ability to pick the short hop and funnel. Can throw from multiple angles with confidence, and a quick, strong arm across the diamond clocking 88 mph with carry and zip. Spread out base at the plate with a high back elbow and a leg lift load. Showed juice to all fields and stayed on the barrel consistently. Compact to loud contact with present bat speed and over the fence power potential. Good looking prospect. Excellent Student.
