Jomar Rodriguez Santiago is a 2025 OF/LHP/1B with a 5-10 160 lb. frame from Killeen, TX who attends Shoemaker. Medium build. Athletic in rhtyhm actions in the outfield. Clean arm stroke with accurate throws that showed moderate carry. Lots of urgency to work through the ball. At the plate, sets up with narrow base and hands high. Leg kick load with lofted bat path and approach working middle to pull. Cuts it off a bit and could benefit from some added strength. On the mound, methodical worker in a brief outing Short arm action with some arm speed. Works across his body to produce a sweepy fastball. Struggled with command a bit. Breaker is very soft and needs some polishing. 6.87 60-yard. Great student.
