Samir Mohammed is a 2027 1B/RHP/3B with a 6-3 220 lb. frame from Trinity, FL who attends East Lake. Really tall frame and high waist with long and projectable limbs. Ran an 8.18 in the sixty yard dash. A primary first baseman, solid mechanically with a good turn to second and a loose and accurate arm. Very confident at the position and the build/height suited for first. A secondary infielder, squares the ball up and works the hands out front, plenty of arm for the left side with 84 mph arm strength. Also pitched, pretty compact delivery for his size and used a low 3/4 release to attack hitters with a sinking upper-80s heater. Strong lower half helped with drive and also to repeat. Lots of arm speed and some life on everything. The SL and CH should tunnel with the heater and lead to lots of missed bats. A right-handed hitter, pretty simple process to create easy bat speed. Getting on plane and timing it out front to hit balls with true spin in the air. Lots of strength and the ball flies off the barrel. Lots of two way potential given the power arm and power bat.
