2022 Sunshine Southeast Showcase
Griffin Turner is a 2023 SS/2B/3B with a 6-1 175 lb. frame from Fort Worth, TX who attends All Saints Episcopal. Lean athletic build with some present strength and the room for plenty more. Very good runner, 6.61 in the sixty. Primary middle infielder on defense, fields the ball out front with clean and confident glove actions, has a compact quick arm with nice carry, works through the ball with active feet, very good ability to charge the ball, next level middle infield tools and skills. Also worked out in the outfield with the same type of athletic actions and tools. Right handed hitter, hits from a spread and open stance with a big stride into contact, carries his hands with him and gets out front, middle of the field line drive contact, has some twitch in his hands, continuing improvement with the bat will be key to his development as he has the rest of the athletic and defensive tools. Excellent student. Named to the Sunshine Southeast Showcase Top Prospect List.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
