Konnor Briggs is a 2027 LHP/1B/OF with a 6-4 203 lb. frame from Oxford, FL who attends Villages Charter. Long and lean athletic build with some present strength and room for plenty more, very projectable physically and very young for his class. Works from a full wind up delivery with a slight hip turn and good direction down the mound, stays balanced and repeats well, has a loose and easy arm action from a high 3/4's arm slot. Fastball was consistently in the mid-80's and topped out at 87 mph, throws his fastball for strikes and it gets on hitters quickly, definitely more velocity in his arm as he matures physically. Slider was a solid second pitch for him once he found his release point, gets good spin and power to the pitch with some two-plane shape. 7.67 runner in the sixty. Plays first base when not on the mound and shows athletic and confident actions. Left handed hitter, has a rotational upper body swing from a wrapped barrel start, has some strength driven bat speed and ability to impact the ball when he's on time. Good student. Named to the National Underclass Main Event Showcase Top Prospect List.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
