Aiden Funk is a 2026 C/OF with a 6-0 180 lb. frame from Old Bridge, NJ who attends Red Bank Catholic. Large, physical build with well-proportioned strength throughout his frame. 7.30-second runner during the sixty. Primary catcher, square setup to the pitcher with a wide base. Did a good job of getting on top of his throws to second, up to 70 mph with accuracy on throws down to second. Gains ground to his target with some bounce in his step as he remains on line. Right-handed hitter, sets up with a slightly open stance and a high-hand set. Generates some torque from his strong lower half and quickness to his hands. Showcased some feel for the barrel with line-drive impact through the middle of the field and a heavy barrel when on time during his round of BP. Flashed the ability to create lift with his long levers. Named to 2022 13U/14U Mid-Atlantic Showcase Top Prospect List.
