Phillip Stabinsky is a 2024 OF/1B with a 5-7 125 lb. frame from Rye, NY who attends Brunswick. Recorded a 7.94 second sixty-yard dash time. Smaller frame with plenty of room and time to fill out. Primary outfielder with a developing defensive skill set, bounce in his steps to start the fielding process and developing arm strength recorded up to 65 mph in drills. Fields out in front while working into a shorter arm action to complete the process. Right-handed hitter that hits from a wide, spread stance with a high back elbow and small leg lift trigger. Incorporates a negative weight shift back prior to contact with an upward swing path and developing bat-to-ball skills. Middle-to-opposite field approach. Will continue to improve with proper refinement of skill set and additional strength.
