Mason Keeler is a 2025 3B/RHP/C with a 5-10 140 lb. frame from Wichita, KS who attends Eisenhower. Slender young build with plenty of room to get stronger. Left handed hitter, hits from a slightly open stance with a toe tap trigger, good lower half drive into contact, line drive swing plane, has some hand quickness and showed good ability to square up the ball, worked to all fields in both batting practice in games and had nice barrel awareness. 7.80 runner in the sixty. Played both third base and catcher on defense, looked more advanced with his footwork and fundamentals as a catcher and could have a future at that position, arm strength still developing. Also pitched, short stride out front, tends to fall off to the first base side at release, compact arm action. Upper 60's fastball, worked consistently to the glove side, mostly straight. Slow curveball showed good depth, threw strikes with both pitches and had a good outing. Bat is his most advanced present tool/skill.
