Hunter Heath is a 2025 3B/RHP, IF, UT with a 6-0 205 lb. frame from League City, TX who attends Clear Springs. Medium, physical build with well-proportioned strength to the frame. Good runner, ran a 6.79 60-yard dash. Primary third baseman, good actions and footwork working around the baseball, clean backhand, soft hands on display on all grounders, solid lateral range with feel for angles. Good arm across, recorded accurate throws up to 80 mph. Secondary right-handed pitcher, quick pace to the delivery, side steps to an above the belt leg lift, medium arm stroke to a high three-quarters slot. Stays connected with the lower half. Good arm speed on the breaking ball, showing 11-5 shape in low-70s. Got the fastball up to 83 mph. Also worked out in the outfield, average footwork, breaks down when fielding the baseball and fields with one hand on the side, maintains momentum throughout, same arm strength we saw in the infield workout, recorded throws up to 84 mph. Right-handed hitter, wide and even base with a high back elbow set in the stance, balanced swing with downhill barrel path through the zone. Flashed ability to impact to the pull-side, worked mostly to opposite field with strength and intent. Tremendous student.
