Kaleb Walker is a 2023 OF/3B with a 5-8 172 lb. frame from Hitchcock, TX who attends Hitchcock. Medium developing build with plenty of room to grow and fill out as he continues to develop. Primary outfielder, shows good aggressiveness on his reads, glove works well out in front. A ton of momentum through the baseball, moves well into the gap as well as down the line. On the mound, has a longer arm action from a lower three-quarters to side arm slot. There's obvious deception to his stuff because of the slot. Some slight cutting actions to his fastball up to 72 mph. Mixes in a 62 mph slider that flashes good depth. Good strike thrower. At the plate, uses an upright and even swing with a closed back toe tap trigger. Hands work down through the zone, quick hands, allows the ball to get deep. Looks to use his middle to opposite field.
