Gabriel Perez is a 2026 3B/MIF with a 5-8 155 lb. frame from Johns Creek, GA who attends Chattahoochee. Medium frame with wiry strength, a good frame to build on and a lot of time to add more physicality. Ran the 60 yard dash in 7.20 seconds. Primary position infielder, showing feel for the spot and getting himself into proper angles. Glove work was on point, working through the ball well and using clean midline transfer. Medium inline arm path with feeds up to 77 mph across the diamond but can improve a bit on the control. Actions to build on here. RHH working from a wider and even base with high handset and high back elbow using deeper hand load pre-pitch. Short leg-lift trigger and direct path to contact as he gets on plane to launch. Emerging strength at contact with a line drive approach really showing best bolts in the middle of the field. Barrel control on the way with time to refine the process. A lot to look forward to and he is a very good student.
