Alexander Hardacre is a 2023 RHP/3B, OF with a 5-11 151 lb. frame from Livonia, MI who attends Franklin. Medium, athletic frame with square shoulders and a lean, projectable build with room to fill throughout moving forward. Ran a 7.44 60-yard dash. Righthanded pitcher, shorter arm action through the back working to a high three-quarters release point, lands closed with strike foot and works across body at release. Fastball topped out at 75 mph, works to both edges of the plate, projects with additional lower half implemented into delivery. Tends to slow arm on release of curveball, up to 59 mph, shows some depth through the zone. Short steps moving towards the ball in the infield, makes the plays and fields the ball out front, shows accuracy across the diamond, young actions and will continue to develop. Righthanded hitter, begins with an upright stance and slightly open base, strides open with front side, upper body dominant swing, works on a linear path through the zone, handsy swing and stays short to the ball.
