Dalton Hall is a 2026 OF/LHP with a 5-3 137 lb. frame from Pasadena, MD who attends Chesapeake. Short and compact build. 7.95 runner in the sixty. Primary outfielder on defense, aggressive to the ball on defense, shows good range in the alleys and gets a good jump on balls, confident defensive actions, tends to get his glove down late to field balls on the ground, good footwork through his throws. Right handed hitter, hits from a straight stance with a quiet load and a toe tap trigger, works the middle of the field with a high contact line drive approach, short and direct swing, can develop more rhythm into his swing for more consistent timing. Also pitched, starts his feet wide, high leg lift into his delivery with good extension and drive down the mound. Fastball topped out at 69 mph with some cutting action, slider was his best secondary pitch with a short tilting break in the upper 50's, also threw a soft curveball. Looks like he plays lots of baseball and plays with energy. Very good student.
