2024 High School All State Select Championship (2025-2026 Grads)
Vito Mannino is a 2025 3B/1B with a 6-1 180 lb. frame from Bellmore, NY who attends Bellmore JFK. Larger, physical build with well-proportioned strength present and projection remaining. Primary third baseman, stays light on his feet while taking efficient angles to the baseball. Reacts well to the ball and fields it cleanly with soft hands. Works uphill a bit with an extra step during the transfer phase before releasing the ball from a three-quarters slot. Delivered accurate throws across the diamond while recording arm strength up to 77 mph. Right-handed hitter, starts in a wide stance with tight hands and a high back elbow. Utilizes a deep load and high hanging leg lift trigger for timing before working into an uphill bat path. Gets his front foot down on-time and delivers the barrel with intent. Remains grounded while creating good barrel depth and leverage at the point of contact. Produced loud impact to the pull-side and middle of the field when timed up, including a home run during batting practice. Offers intriguing power potential. Posted an exit velocity of 94 mph. Good student. Named to the 2024 HS All State Select Championship Top Prospect List.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
