Mikah Menor is a 2022 2B/RHP, 3B, MIF with a 5-9 155 lb. frame from San Diego, CA who attends Del Norte. Medium, square shouldered frame with a projectable build and room to fill throughout moving forward. Ran a 7.36 60-yard dash. Primary second baseman, takes short strides moving towards the ball, fields it out front, shows ability to drop slot moving up the middle on throws, longer arm action through the back, shows quickness to footwork on charge. Also pitched, hip turn at top of leg lift, works exclusively out of the stretch. Fastball topped out at 78 mph, mostly true fastball through the zone, occasionally drops slot on release; mixed a curveball with 11-5 shape with short depth up to 63 mph. Righthanded hitter, begins with an even stance and a high hand set and lower back elbow at the plate; hand pump at start with a high leg lift trigger for timing. Keeps hands inside on swing and projects with extension out front. Works on a linear path through the zone, flashed backspin when on plane, works to all parts of the field. Good student.
