Connor Pangallo is a 2025 SS/RHP/OF with a 5-8 150 lb. frame from Fort Lauderdale, FL who attends St. Thomas Aquinas. Medium, athletic frame with square shoulders and some present strength throughout, additional room to fill. Ran a 7.04 60-yard dash. Primary shortstop, smooth footwork on the approach, quiet actions with the glove and shows arm speed through the back, has arm strength across diamond and makes the plays with nice present carry. Longer arm action on throws from the outfield, will continue to refine footwork and overall actions, shows accuracy to the intended base with some carry. Also pitched, leg lift to core, lands slightly open coming down the mound with strike foot; longer arm action through the back working to a high three-quarters release point. Quick outing on the mound, fill the zone and picked up quick ground ball outs; fastball topped out at 84 mph, some effort at release, mostly true in life while showing a slider up to 72 mph with two-plane break. Right-handed hitter, begins with wide base and a vertical bat head at the plate. Turns it over well with conviction and looks to lift at the point of contact, incorporates physical strength and shows jump off of the barrel, squared it up and repeats swing well. Good student.
