Devin Lake is a 2023 3B/RHP, 1B, SS, IF with a 5-10 190 lb. frame from East Meadow, NY who attends East Meadow. Recorded a 7.67-second sixty-yard dash time. Compact build with loads of strength throughout frame. Primary third baseman, made several athletic plays during workout. Accurate throws across the diamond, up to 72 mph. Displayed some range going to his backhand. Could improve flexibility and foot speed in the field. Secondary right-handed pitcher, comes from a high 3/4 arm slot, working with varies tempos. Worked fastball up to 71 mph as he worked in the high-60's, low-70's. 12-6 shape on curveball with gradual depth. Was able to land both pitches for strikes. Right-handed hitter, starts with a slightly open stance, high-hand set, and a high back elbow. Present quickness to hands with a line drive swing path. Developing feel for barrel, spraying ball around the field.
