Thomas Ciaccio is a 2026 C/MIF with a 5-8 160 lb. frame from Boca Raton, FL who attends St. John Paul II. Compact build with a strong lower half, solid frame for a primary backstop with a good chance to add onto both halves in terms of muscle. Ran a 7.20 60-yard dash. Primary catcher, side setup, quick catch and pop skills, efficient transfer, stayed true to the drill, good direction, uses legs, throws from the ear with accuracy to the bag, game like reps here with functional athleticism that should really improve over time. Switch hitter, left side, spread bent knee stance, some bat speed and strength, direct, mostly pull side impact. From the right side, keeps the spread start, shorter to it, arm heavy swing here, playable look in game, simple swing from both sides with a contact oriented idea in the box right now. Performed well during games behind the dish, has athleticism and overall skills that can be developed and projected upon. Outstanding student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
