Nicholas Mondesando is a 2026 OF/RHP/1B with a 6-2 185 lb. frame from Fishkill, NY who attends Roy C Ketcham. Big and strong athletic build. 7.55 runner in the sixty. Left handed hitter, has a simple load and approach that he repeats well, loads his hand close to his body, short and direct to the ball with fast hands, barreled up everything in the games with hard pull contact and plenty of jump off the barrel, showed real feel for the barrel. Primary outfielder on defense, has mature footwork and strong fundamentals through the ball and into his release throwing, gets on top of his throws well and creates carry, quick release, makes accurate one-hop throws. also pitched, throws from a simple turn and throw delivery, 3/4's arm slot. Fastball worked in the upper 70's, mostly straight, worked in a soft curveball with a slower arm and a change up. Body and the left handed bat speed out. Good student.
