2024 Scorpions (TX) Prospect Showcase
Kason Perry is a 2026 2B/OF with a 5-7 126 lb. frame from Spring, TX who attends Grand Oaks. Compact, wiry build with athletic traits. Ran a 7.37 in the sixty yard dash. Primary infielder, has a fundamental approach on the dirt and works around the ball awfully well. Good footwork to either side and has an idea. Compact arm action, accurate game-like throws with projectable strength behind it. Right-handed hitter, open stance with high hand set and even base. Flatter, linear path that works up the middle well. Looks to impact out front and got some carry to the pull side. Short swing with impact all around, has a good feel in the box and lots to like. Good student.
