Hayden Moody is a 2025 2B/3B, SS with a 5-5 128 lb. frame from Bartlett, TN who attends Bartlett. He ran a 7.71 second sixty. A primary second baseman with a young build showing room to grow and mature. On the infield he approaches the ball with tow hand out out front presenting the glove early as he receives the ball with a wide base. The arm action works long through the back as he build momentum into the throw with young arm strength. On the mound he sat 62-66 mph tight eh fastball and pounded the zone with the same longer arm action working up to a high three-quarters arm slot, he does a nice job getting the lower half involved as he comes down the mound with some drop and drive action. The fastball was paired with a curveball that had young 11-5 shape. Right-handed hitter, starts closed and stays closed into the swing. The barrel path gets long at times with developing bat speed as he swings from a taller stance.
