Samuel Kidd is a 2025 C/2B, 3B with a 6-0 172 lb. frame from Omaha, NE who attends Millard West. Medium size physical frame. Ran a 7.69 60-yard dash. A primary catcher with a square set up, developing footwork, a clean transition to throw and a solid average throwing arm with throws mostly around the bag. Patient approach to the ball in the infield, fields the ball well cleanly out front and shows an above average throwing arm with accuracy. Corner infield type actions. Hit from a square base with leg kick timing at the plate. Swings uphill and shows some barrel speed and extension through the baseball. Mostly in sync swings with the ability to barrel the baseball to all fields. Excellent student.
