Hunter Chambers is a 2028 OF/RHP, 2B with a 5-11 155 lb. frame from Buckeye, AZ who attends Verrado. Features a medium-sized lean frame. Ran a 8.56 60-yd dash. In the OF, showed fundamental actions. Gets set low to the ball early and works to it with avg. quickness. Some slow down into reception but fields it clean and out front. Used a longer arm action that got off lower arcing throws that were mostly accurate with avg. strength for his level. In the INF, showed a similar low-posture set. Lacked some urgency with his footwork and glove actions were a bit stiff but showed the ability to make the routine play. Currently, the actions projects to a corner INF spot. At the plate, he sits in a slightly closed stance with lower set hands. A lot of movement to the hands in the load that eventually set into a good launch. Uses a mix of a toe tap trigger and leg lift. Works the bat on a slight uphill path with a level finish. Inconsistent timing throughout his BP round but found a couple LDs to the pullside. Exhibited avg. bat/hand speed for his level. On the mound, he showed a slower tempo operation. Side steps into a belt high knee tuck. Smaller sit into driveleg that pushes off the rubber. Softer closed lander where he finishes all over his front leg at finish. Arm is loose and continuous out the glove with avg. armspeed for his level to release out of a lower 3/4 slot. Fastball worked up to 66 and he mixed in a slurvy developing mid 50s breaker.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
