Justin Torres Soto is a 2023 OF/RHP/SS with a 6-4 200 lb. frame from Hatillo, PR who attends Colegio Angel David. Big and strong athletic build with room for plenty more strength. 6.64 runner in the sixty, ran 6.43 earlier this summer at a PG showcase. Primary outfielder with a long and loose arm action, gets on top of his throws well with on line carry and accuracy, can improve his footwork and quicken his release into his throws. Right handed hitter, hits from a big leg lift load that can leave his foot late getting down, has a long and loose extended swing, lots of raw power and projection if he can shorten and simplify his swing.
