Jake Alfano is a 2025 3B/RHP/MIF/OF with a 5-10 170 lb. frame from Westfield, NJ who attends Westfield. Alfano works from a medium athletic build with natural ability present at multiple defensive spots. Starting from the IF, he displayed a clean fielding funnel with smooth overall actions to ultimately top out at 82 mph across the diamond. He successfully kept the body in control while making plays on the run with fluidity to the arm stroke. From the OF Alfano again touched 82 mph, effectively creating downhill momentum to the target with whip present to the arm action. On the offensive end, the left handed hitter started from an wider even base with a high back elbow and leg lift trigger, creating solid separation to drive the baseball back up the middle. He stayed short and direct through the zone with evident barrel control, posting an exit velo of 83 mph. Named to Top Prospect List.
