Tim Bushart is a 2024 LHP/OF with a 6-1 190 lb. frame from Glenmont, NY who attends Bethlehem Central. Bushart works from a medium broad build with strength evident throughout. As a primary LHP, he released from a lower 3/4 slot that generated tons of natural arm side run on the FB that ultimately topped out at 84 mph. He landed a slurvy shaped breaker for strikes with two-plane movement and sequenced effectively to record outs. Still velocity projection remaining in the future. From the OF, Bushart worked through the ball well with compact actions and urgency to the release, topping out at 77 mph. Offensively, the lefty started from a slightly open base with a leg lift trigger, flashing a level line drive bat path that produced contact to all parts of the field. He has strength in the hands that could do damage when timed up, posting an exit velo of 86 mph. Ran a 7.08 sixty yard dash. Good student. Named to Top Prospect List.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
