2025 PG National Uncommitted Showcase (2026 Grads)
Diego Armenta is a 2026 OF/RHP with a 6-1 180 lb. frame from Queen Creek, AZ who attends Queen Creek. Lanky athletic build with some present strength and more to come. 6.67 runner in the sixty. Primary outfielder on defense, aggressive to the ball, fields it to the side, lower arm slot with a quick transition into throwing, loose and whippy arm action. Right handed hitter, sets up in a spread stance with a short leg raise and stride into his swing, gets turned in his load, has fast hands and good bat speed, found plenty of hard barrels in batting practice and the games. Also pitched, has a long off-line arm action from a 3/4's arm slot, rotational and cross fire at release, will spin off at release. Fastball topped out at 85 mph with some running life down in the zone. Also threw a sweeping curveball from the same slot along with a developing change up. Good student. Named to the PG National Uncommitted Showcase Top Prospect List.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
