Kai Twaites is a 2025 OF/RHP with a 6-0 170 lb. frame from Ellensburg, WA who attends Ellensburg. Medium side compact frame. Ran a 7.07 60-yard dash. An outfielder with a passive approach to the baseball, developing footwork getting through the baseball, extra steps, and showed an above average arm with some accuracy. Hit from an open stance at the plate with a linear bat path through the zone, staying on top of the baseball, limited connectivity between the swing and backside rotation but the athleticism and hand speed to still impact the baseball some. Three quarter arm slot on the mound and showed an upper 70's fastball as well as a low 60's curveball. Developing command and strike throwing ability, has some arm speed to develop. Excellent student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
