Knox Keesee is a 2028 SS/RHP/2B with a 5-11 160 lb. frame from Bristol, TN who attends Tennessee. Medium, athletic frame with a high waist and long limbs, lean build with room to fill. Ran a 7.66 60-yard dash. Primary shortstop, softness in hands and picks it cleanly, athleticism plays in actions and able to make the adjustment with glove, longer arm action with comfort to change arm slot, clean round and shows present strength on throws. Fields the ball out front in the outfield, works on top of throws, direct footwork with rhythm in actions, plays low, solid arm strength and carry to the intended base. Also pitched, works exclusively out of the stretch, belt high leg lift with a shorter stride down the mound, higher three-quarters release point. Fastball topped out at 75 mph, under the ball at times, flashed a tight and short breaker with depth and bite up to 68 mph. Right-handed hitter, begins with a narrow and open base with a lower and tight hand set. Rotational swing, shows present hand speed in swing with quickness to launch; works on the barrel well and on time with a leg lift trigger, nice tools to build upon. Excellent student.
