Ethan Crosby is a 2027 3B/RHP/1B with a 5-9 184 lb. frame from Orangeburg, SC who attends High School for Health Professionals. Medium frame with dense musculature, some life to his actions and more time to refine his overall athleticism. Ran the 60 yard dash in 7.61 seconds. Primary position infielder, moving pretty good on his feet letting ball get to him as he presents the glove later in the process. Accurate feeds from standard arm path up to 76 mph across the diamond. Secondary RHP, offset windup from the 1B side of the rubber, small step in front to belt high leg lift working his hands from high to low back to high before separation, breaks into a shallower inline arm path working the elbow to the sky first and then turning the hand over at the top, fastball with a touch of cut to glove side up to 79 mph, inconsistent slider up to 70 mph, with plenty of time to add overall stuff. RHH working from a medium stance and a higher handset with a touch of bat wrap. Strength is evident and gets fully turned in the core to create bat speed. Works the bottom of the ball a bit but when on time and on plane there is projectable juice. Gap to gap approach with more time to refine. Elite performer in the classroom as well.
