Thoma Holden is a 2025 MIF/ with a 6-1 165 lb. frame from Federal Way, WA who attends Federal Way Senior. Features a longer, athletic, projectable frame with room to add. Has a three-pitch mix that includes fastball, curveball and changeup. Has a balanced repeatable delivery while working linear down the mound and throwing out of a high three-quarter slot. Showed solid spin on all-three pitches but impressed with a 2500+ with the curveball that showed eleven-five shape. Worked quick and located in all-four quadrants efficiently. Moves well on the infield with good hands while fielding out front with quick glove to hand action. Has longer arm action and lashed some strength across the diamond while staying accurate and throwing from multiple arm slots. Does a nice job working through the ball especially on slow rollers. Has a wide base at the plate with a high back elbow and a heel tilt. Stays compact with an all-fields approach. Showed solid barrel control and consistency. Strong at the point of contact flashing some impressive pull side juice later in the round. Ran a 5.00 forty-yard dash. Very good student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
