Brody Marks is a 2027 C/RHP/1B with a 5-11 180 lb. frame from Land O Lakes, FL who attends Land O Lakes. Stocky strong build. 7.95 runner in the sixty. Primary catcher on defense, sets up side saddle, has a short and compact arm action with some raw arm strength, high release point that gets him downhill with some carry, keeps his footwork on line and makes accurate throws. Right handed hitter, hits from a narrow and slightly open stance with a big leg raise and wind up into his swing, pull and lift approach, some lower half collapse to help create lift, will have some swing and miss but some power as well. Took a turn on the mound and showed some pitching ability. Has a loose and long arm action from a high 3/4's arm slot, high leg raise to start, works downhill with good consistency and direction to the plate. Fastball was up to 85 mph with nice life that created some swing and miss. Also threw both a curveball and slider with some bite and spin. Excellent student.
