Chase Harrington is a 2026 RHP/1B/OF with a 6-3 200 lb. frame from Emporia, KS who attends Emporia. Recorded a 7.22 second sixty yard dash time. Bigger frame and bigger build. Primary right-handed pitcher works with a rocker set-up and comes set with a closed set-up. Lifts the leg and works up around the belt and then gets down the slope with some force. Throws from a high three- quarter arm slot with some looseness to the arm action. Change-up (1720 RPM) has some arm-side depth to it. The fastball (2157 RPM) missed some barrels up in the zone and elevated up for the swing and miss. Also showed a curveball (2016 RPM) that was mid-60s. Uses the change-up as primary off-speed pitch. Secondary outfielder gets to the ball fine for the size with low flight on throws. Longer arm action with some feel to pull down with more upside as strength is added to the frame. Also worked out at first base who pops off bag well with good footwork and clean feeds to second with good arm strength and arm whip. Right-handed hitter starts from an even base and a slightly open stance, utilizes a load stride timing. Physical presence in the box with a slight uphill swing. On plane frequently with strength more than bat speed. Notable strength/physicality to the swing. Power over hit. Exciting player with a high ceiling. Excellent student. Named to the 2024 Sunshine Midwest Showcase Top Prospect List.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
