2025 PG 14U Mid-South All-State Games (Invite Only)
Craig Schindley is a 2028 SS/RHP/OF with a 5-8 140 lb. frame from Franklin, TN who attends Centennial High School. Slender athletic build with lots of physical projection remaining. Right handed hitter, sets up in a spread stance with a hanging leg raise trigger and good lower half shift to his front side, very good lower half use to drive his bat speed, has present bat speed from an extended line drive swing, created back spin and carry through the gaps and had an accurate barrel, advanced hitting mechanics. 7.18 runner in the sixty. Primary shortstop on defense, moves athletically and has lateral range, fields the ball cleanly, longer arm action, will spin off throwing at times, has more arm strength there as he continues to develop his footwork and direction throwing. Also worked out in the outfield and showed his athleticism and arm well there, came through the ball well and made accurate throws. Took a turn on the mound, has a quick and loose arm from a high 3/4's arm slot, deliberate mechanics that he repeats well. Fastball was in the low 80's and thrown for strikes, also threw an upper 60's slider with some sweeping depth. Lived on the outside half and was very effective. Good student. Named to the PG 14U Mid-South All-State Games Top Prospect List.
