Anthony Soto is a 2027 OF/RHP/3B with a 5-11 148 lb. frame from Philadelphia, PA who attends Philadelphia Academic. Medium slender build with more in store. Ran a 7.27 in the sixty. Showed well in outfield and infield drills. Good first step in the grass, gets glove on time. Throws were up in the air and accurate with some process. On the dirt, he made a nice scoop up the middle and showed comfort on the move. Solid accuracy and will get more behind throws as he adds strength. Also pitched, high three-quarter slot with short stride length. Has good rhythm and timing to release, pitched to contact very well. Right-handed hitter, opens start with direct swing path and sprayed all over the field. Excellent student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
