Myles Prince is a 2027 C/RHP/3B with a 6-0 225 lb. frame from Hattiesburg, MS who attends Hattiesburg. Primary C/3B with a stocky build and good strength in frame. Sets up in a side saddle stance. Gets it out with shorter arm action and good strength behind his throws. Good accuracy around the bag. Chest high transfers. Staggered actions at times and can work on getting the ball out in one motion speeding up the overall process. Was up to 71 from behind the dish and recorded a 2.20 pop time. Also pitched working up to 79 with his fastball. Throws strikes and locates fastball well forcing contact. Tends to fall off to the side and loses balance at times. Will need to work into his lower half more and being more explosive downhill. Has a lot more to tap into here which should see a tick up in velo. Right-handed hitter with a balanced base. Uses a middle of the field approach with big strength off the barrel. Can really impact it when on time and on plane. Power projects more than anything. Good Student.
