Jude Patino is a 2026 3B/RHP/C with a 5-10 190 lb. frame from San Antonio, TX who attends Sonia Sotomayor. Larger build with strength present and projection remaining. Primary third baseman, takes efficient routes to the baseball and works through it well. Funnels it with soft hands and utilizes proper backhand mechanics. Displayed developing lateral range and athleticism in the dirt. Delivered accurate throws across the diamond while recording arm strength up to 83 mph. Secondary right-handed pitcher, utilizes a full wind-up delivery from the middle of the rubber with a belt-high leg lift. Separates into a shorter arm path and releases the ball from a high three-quarters slot. Has some present quickness in the shoulder. Creates a downward angle with his fastball which was moved well around the zone and peaked at 79 mph. Mixed in a slurvy breaking ball with some sharpness to it and spin nearing 2300 rpm. Will continue to add velocity as he physically matures. Right-handed hitter, starts in an even stance with a high hand set-up and high back elbow. Utilizes a leg lift trigger for timing before working into an uphill bat path. Remains direct to the point of contact and turns the barrel with intent. Produced fairly consistent line drive impact to the pull-side. Displayed a functional stroke with good lower-half usage and plenty of evident strength in the hands. Posted an exit velocity of 85 mph. Ran a 7.70 sixty-yard dash. Excellent student.
