Barak Boston is a 2025 utility infielder with a lean, projectable 6-3 170 lb. frame from Clermont, FL who attends East Ridge HS. Started off the event clocking a fast 6.79 60-yard dash. Boston is a primary infielder that has fundamentally sound footwork and fielding techniques working through the ball with confidence, making all the required plays and throws with ease. He showed the ability to move laterally and make plays on the run. There is potential in the bat where he pounded the gaps and showed some pull side power in his BP round. The upper and lower half were synced and the bat bat speed is evident coupled with a noticeable intent to do damage. Lots to like moving forward. Excellent student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
